I caught their gig at Indochine Atria 2 weeks back.Awesome band. I requested for the song Iris by Goo Goo Dolls but commented that they sounded like Creed. Jeff said they could sing the whole Creed album for me. Haha. n Oh!I took pictures with them on stage!Wee!!

hi hi, they say that YOU ACTUALLY GOT MORE VOTES! but I guess they chose the other malay boys' group as they hold more potential. Remember, Ken feels you are at the end of the road for your potential. (I am not even including your pair of robins which are supposed to serve as side-kick purposes) I am not angry now... I have come to accepted that you have the BEST vocals in the competition and you lost. As it is ok with you, it is with me too. BUT you remain the one with the better vocals when i try to recall to all the forgettable contestants such as Blind Boy Wonder, Skirt Too Short Kelly, Satay Boy Taufik, Poser Boy Slyvestor, Mia the Short Escort... etc... but i think you should try to be more humble... I think it costed you your win but what is over is over. Keep the performance up! I like you (not your group)

Jeff, no worries we are all standing behind you ... or better how did u sing in this Keith urban song... we fans r at your side. Your perfomance in that night was great, good harmony, great voicing even from the other two guys, and an entertaining performance. You have shown us how u r and you haven't changed your personality. Everytime I am going to Indochine I can see how many people you can touch with your voice. You haven't lost. In our heart u won and that's why we need u how u r and please give us very soon your first EP. Thanks for the great shows in the last couple of weeks. I enjoyed you every time when u have been performing on stage. U r the real winner and Mediacorp doesn't has the guts to show the results but I guess until now the result have been manipulated anyway. Great performaces the other night. Shame you didn't win but it's not the end of the world. Just treat it as a stepping stone. Look at the positives, you are a lot more well known and popular than you were before the show. Ride this wave as long as you can and use it to your advantage. Get the cats name out there and make new fans want to come to your shows. I think an EP would be a great idea, maybe a couple of mp3's on this site people can download and a revamp of this site. If you need a hand revamping the site let me know. Don't know whether you're interested but i have over 9,000 songs at home from all genres and i know some of them would be great accoustically so if you fancy adding new songs to your set and need some ideas, let me know. cheers, Tim

Hello, I am not sure if you remember me. I am german guy who studied in 2005 in Singapore. I brought all my friedns (although the blond girls) and family to Indochine to listen to your great music. The best night I had with your guys was the night before Jeff was leaving for Germany and we drunk vodka and that shot on fire with Jeffs brother. I was asking Slash a few times if he is Mexican. AND our favorite song was 'TIME OF YOUR LIFE - GREENDAY' preformed by Zackoe. I will be back in Singapore for my hooney moon in February 2008. I hope there is still the chance to hear you and to drink some beers and shots with you again and of course to enjoy your music. I want to ask if there is the chance to get a CD or songs from you (specially 'Time of your life' for my wife. She loved it and it would be a good surprise for the wedding. Pussies... Ken Lim say that you and your 2 Extras are jaded. I don't like him personally. But between the 3 judges comments, unfortunately, his comments are the sharpest. As such, I rather you evolved out of the pub singing circuit to be marketable to a wider audience than to win the competition and just remain localised. Hope you don't end up like Triple Noize. Is Karin the Caucasian Girl that the Camera always point on every week? There is this tall, slim, brunette gril that never fails to capture the camera's attention... you know her? She's the real Cat... Anyway, half of Media Cork's programs (local productions are mindless to feed the equivalent... the further the hardlanders are away from true enlightenment the more tax the junta can squeeze from... same in every country, system, eco-structure...) Catz, congrats from me too. You owned it and we fans have shown the judges that they haven't been right. We will support u next Wednesday again. it was a joke to use our votes for charity without telling the fans... but don't forget why u have to peform again... becasue of your fans who love you but mainly because of yourself guys! Whether you continue in LTD or not, it's immaterial. It doesn't replace the fact that you continue to jazz up the nightspot scene on boring weekdays when one has either mustafa or the night safari to visit. Anyway, it's almost a miracle we could have a home-grown music act that is more consistent than our kampung soccer boys who from the test of test proves they are not just a waste of money, they are a breeding ground for amateurs 'bookies'. On the bright side... at least after a hard day of work, we can have a pint where Jeff can sing for us... of course, we all know that in the meantime, Victor the Baby would have his CD side by side with Blind Boy Wonder...

Jeff... sorry, I concluded that your band is not good enough. I think you have outstanding vocals though, and I think you should go for the Solo's category instead. I am afraid that there is simply no magic in your band's act and the other 2 chaps look more and more like extras serving as back-ups. I hate to say this, I am not a fan of By Definition, but it is getting apparent that as a group, they are much stronger. The only thing about your band is that you have an outstanding vocals. Sometimes it's not just about hard work and how hard you want something. I am sorry, wish you well for your band. Best of luck.

ok, we got Sugar-Wrecks out, maybe if that over-dosed 'sugar-wrecked' did not replaced the original sugar-wrecks... this might not have happened. As predicted, After The Fame is still in the rain... I meant, race... the other poser boy-band group Ribena should be getting out soon. Well, there's still one more, that is "Bye Definition!" that is yet another poser group who did relative better than you guys this time round. PLEASE for god's sake... do not take on the bug that plagues Singapore's football... the boys there keep producing inconsistent results that makes us think they should stick to kampung ball or HDB void deck ball. You can do better! One more thing, but you guys look more manly this time without doing the pathetic "pls sms me" NKF gesture! Good job overall! Don't just distribute your CD locally... How many people can you sell to? Do what James Blunt did... I think your voice has similar distinctiveness... so think GLOBAL... don't just sell to the kampungs here... and do continue not to act cute on TV, it's pathetic, leave such gestures for the younger generations like Mi Lu Bin...

Bryan Adams would be proud of u guys!!That was indeed Summer Of 69 mate! And did i see Slash there?;) I would never have dreamt of "wasting" my time to go to Caldecott hill for such a show but thanks to bro Saddiq, i was there not once but twice...(some of us lost our voices 1st time, 2nd time almost)just to support u guys cuz u know why? U guys are damn bloody good esp with your vocals! U also have to thank your gf for encouraging us to sms which i would never have done for a commerical purpose...the lady is behind u all the way! My wish is that the other guys should move more like u, Jeff and the choice of songs should suit your voice,personality of the band and create the BIG BANG!! You may lose to "After the Fame" wannabe chinese boys in gd-day-jobs so butt-boring they are all trying to be rockers, you may lose to Sugar-Wrecks, who of the 3 members... only one had a Real Severe OVERDOSE of Sugar... it makes the original members (the chinese and indian girls) look out of place. Let's do a reality check here.... this show (Live the Dream) is about Revenue for the Channel 5, after the programme, you would be like one-of-those, (The Blind Boy who won the Chinese singing contest, no one knows what happened to him after an album), or (The Malay Boy who can sing reasonably well enough for me not-to-buy his album from Singapore Idols)... Let's face it, If Victor the Cry-baby with Solid 25K GOLD Spoon can get into the finals... this programme is not about talent, which you have. Of course, you are shameless like the others in making the "pls call the number to vote for me" gesture, but I respect your actions, as there is the pressure to conform. Nevertheless, seeing you guys perform for real at IndoChine proves that you guys, esp the Lead Vocal can Sing well, in fact, you put on a nice accent when you sing that it's more appealing than when you talk. My Verdict, if Victor the babyboy can get into the finals... I think that After The Fame should be able to eliminate you guys out easily, since there is a banker boy among them, and that banker-boy may pull a "I am Victor, I want to live my dreams... wah wah wah" and the aunties, uncles, grand-whatevers and the great-grand whatevers would also pick up the phone to call. But... what remains is this... fire the web designer who did your website, produce a CD in limited amt. Of all the whats and what-nots, you are the only group that I would buy your CD with my money. And I have a feeling that ... I am not alone ... Right, Victor?

If you don't get in the finals, and the other wannabes like Sugar SPGs or BUTT or Soiled Gold etc gets in... It's good that you are out anyway then... Firstly, your website is at best awful. Maybe you like to get it revamp so that it does not look like a high schoolboy's attempt at trying to set up his own website. Secondly, I think your vocals are great and your band looks good enough if not better than the other one that went to the finals... (sometimes I think had Louis Armstrong joined the "... Idols" competition, he may not be able to make it to where he is now, as talent competitions nowadays are a reflection of how many voters you already have, instead of how talented (musically) the singer/singeress/band is... my 1 cent worth, produce a CD in a managable quantity, fire the 'puesdo-designer' who did your website, get yourself listed on CD baby, or other sources of music distribution that supports talented groups like yours... at least I know that parting SG$25 for a music CD from your band is something I would look forward to. in short, I like your vocals, it's very 'identifiable'. Just one thing, try not to decay like the rest of the group who does the NKF phone gesture thingy when the camera is on you guys... it's pathetic and you should stay away from it. Cheers!
